General Services
What beauty services does ViviDana offer?
ViviDana offers professional makeup, bridal and engagement makeup, makeup trials, hairstyling, lash lifting, brow lamination, tinting, hijab styling, and selected hair treatments. Visit our Services page for the current list of enabled services and prices.
Where is ViviDana located?
ViviDana operates from a private studio in Ottawa's south end. Contact ViviDana for studio arrival instructions.
Do you provide services for weddings and special events?
Yes. ViviDana offers bridal makeup, engagement makeup, party makeup, bridal hairstyling, and other beauty services for special occasions, subject to appointment availability.
Can I book makeup and hairstyling together?
Yes. ViviDana offers both makeup and hairstyling, including a bridal makeup and hair package. See current package pricing on the Services page or contact ViviDana to discuss a combination.
Do you offer bridal or engagement makeup trials?
Yes. Bridal Makeup Trials and Engagement Makeup Trials are available. A trial offers an opportunity to discuss and explore your desired makeup look. Current prices are on the Services page.
Pricing and Promotions
Where can I find your prices?
The Services page lists current regular prices, applicable in-studio website promotions, and price ranges. Some hairstyling and treatment prices vary with individual requirements.
Why do some hairstyling services have price ranges?
Hairstyling prices depend on hair length, volume, hair type, and the requested hairstyle. Confirm the final quote with ViviDana based on your service requirements.
Do you offer website-exclusive discounts?
The current website offer is 10% off listed in-studio services booked through our website, including studio booking enquiries. Visit the Services page for current prices and conditions. Mobile services are excluded from website promotions.
Are mobile appointments eligible for discounts?
No. Mobile services use regular service prices and are excluded from current and future website promotions. Additional artist-confirmed travel fees apply.
Booking
How do I book an appointment?
Request an in-studio appointment through the online booking calendar: select an available service and time, then submit your details and security check. Your request remains pending until ViviDana approves it. Packages and other services without an online time slot require an enquiry. Contact ViviDana separately for mobile appointments.
Can I request a specific appointment time?
For in-studio appointments, select from the times displayed for your chosen service in the online calendar. Mobile availability must be reviewed separately by the artist; a studio calendar slot does not guarantee mobile availability.
Mobile Services
Does ViviDana offer mobile makeup and hairstyling?
Yes. Currently enabled beauty services may be requested at suitable event venues, subject to the minimum service subtotal, travel fees, venue requirements and artist approval. Start with a mobile-service enquiry; online mobile booking is not currently available.
What is the minimum amount for mobile bookings?
Mobile appointments require a minimum regular-price service subtotal of $400 CAD, excluding travel fees. Website discounts do not apply. Variable-price services need an artist-confirmed quote.
How much is the mobile travel fee?
Travel fees generally range from $50–$150 CAD, depending on venue location and travel requirements. The artist confirms the exact fee before approval; it is additional to the regular-price service subtotal.
Can you provide mobile services at my home?
Mobile appointments are offered at suitable event venues, not inside private homes. Rented event rooms, wedding venues, event halls and comparable venues may qualify, subject to artist approval.
Which Ottawa areas are eligible for mobile services?
Venues in these areas may be considered: Ottawa, Nepean, Barrhaven, Kanata, Riverside South, South Keys, Hunt Club, Alta Vista, Greenboro, Findlay Creek, Stittsville, Orléans. This is not guaranteed travel coverage. Eligibility depends on the exact venue, travel feasibility, access, scheduling and artist approval. Provide your venue details when enquiring.
